Does anybody know the name of Apple's wonderful pianist?

In the older versions of Mac (10.4/10.6 I think) On the Garageband Jingles section (Also in Imovie) there are seven lovely piano bagatelles, all of which I am sure are composed by the same person. These songs are: "Buddy", "Fifth Avenue Stroll", "First Snowfall", "Newborn", Off Broadway", "Park Bench", and "Piano Ballad". There are also countless piano loops which can be transposed and used to make songs on Garageband - which might also have been arranged by them too, but I'm not really fussed about those. I really need to know - who is this mysterious, fantastic, talented and hugely underrated pianist? I'm absolutely dying to know!
